  1. Client Assessment:
    Conduct screening assessments over the phone with individuals seeking EAP services, focusing on identifying both strengths and challenges.

    Perform risk assessments and develop risk management plans in collaboration with our Psychological Triage team, ensuring appropriate safety and action planning as required.
  3. Crisis Intervention:
    Assess clients’ needs and deliver immediate crisis counselling or interventions through telephone or video calls for employees and their family members from client organizations.
  4. Problem Identification:
    Identify the main issues presented by clients and determine the suitable response level in accordance with case response standards.
  5. Performance Metrics:
    Achieve key objectives related to call volume and quality.
  6. First Point of Contact:
    Serve as the first point of contact for clients through various communication channels, including phone, SMS, live chat and WhatsApp.
