The EAP (Employee Assistance Program) Advice Line Counsellor role is designed for fully qualified Psychotherapists or Counsellors. In this capacity, you will evaluate client needs, conduct screening assessments, assess immediate risks, provide crisis containment and refer clients to appropriate resources via phone and video consultations.

Conduct screening assessments over the phone with individuals seeking EAP services, focusing on identifying both strengths and challenges. - Risk Management:
